We are hiring for the role of MIS - Executive in our US Medical billing team in Chennai, Tamilnadu

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with solid skills in MS Excel, to support data analysis, reporting, and automation initiatives in a medical billing environment. The ideal candidate should understand medical billing workflows, automate repetitive processes, and effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze medical billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement areas
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, power query preferred)
- Support revenue cycle, claims, AR, and denial analysis
- Work closely with operations and billing teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Document scripts, processes, and data logic clearly
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with healthcare standards
- Must be able to work in rotational shift.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Excel
- Strong understanding of medical billing / revenue cycle management (RCM) processes
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and validation




- Good knowledge of automation concepts and scripting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to gather requirements, ask the right questions, and explain technical outputs to non-technical users
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good to Have (Added Advantage)
- Experience automating workflows or reports
- Exposure to healthcare data standards
- Knowledge of tools like Power BI / Tableau (optional)
- Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization
- Work experience as an MIS Executive in a US Medical Billing Company.
