Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Interviews

- Screen incoming resumes and applications against role requirements

- Schedule and coordinate first-round interviews with candidates

- Conduct initial screening interviews and log structured feedback

- Track candidates through the hiring pipeline in ERPNext (Job Opening → Job Applicant → Job Offer)

Onboarding

- Prepare offer letters and joining documentation

- Run new hires through the onboarding checklist (documentation, induction, system access requests)

- Create and maintain Employee records in ERPNext

- Ensure recent joiners have a smooth first week (introductions, workstation setup coordination, policy walkthrough)

Day-to-Day HR Operations

- Track daily attendance and manage leave applications/approvals in ERPNext

- Respond to routine employee queries (leave balance, policy clarifications, documentation requests)

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and files

- Support internal engagement activities and culture initiatives

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
