Job Summary
Position Overview:
Provides guidance on due diligence and other legal compliance issues such as economic sanctions and anti-boycott laws. Conducts due diligence searches and prepares advice based on enquiries using Navex and other software related to restricted parties list (RPL) screening . Plans, organizes, and conducts comprehensive due diligence files for review and evaluation.
