Job Description
The role
As Senior Manager -Performance Marketing, you will lead our inorganic marketing to drive growth for our travel platform. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing strategies across various channels, including search, social and display. As a growth marketer, you will apply your skills and knowledge to experiment with new and innovative ways to grow our user base and revenue. You will use your deep understanding of AdTech tools to drive sales and lead conversions and have hands-on experience in running targeted marketing campaigns using first party, second party,
and third party data. You will also nurture a high-performing team, fostering cross-functional collaboration to align marketing efforts with our broader goals. We seek an outcomes driven, creative leader who can make impactful decisions and inspire a team to excel.
Key responsibilities -
Manage the performance marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to achieve the highest return on investment. Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. Design and conduct growth experiments to test and validate recent hypotheses and ideas for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Leverage data and user feedback to iterate and optimize the growth funnel and user journey. Run targeted marketing campaigns using first party, second party, and third party data to segment and personalize the customer experience.
