Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by selling our Conversational AI solutions to banks, NBFCs, insurance and other enterprises.
Identify, qualify, and close recent business opportunities/leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers including CXOs, Heads of Digital, IT, Customer Experience, and Marketing.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, pitch, negotiations, closure, and handover to the delivery team.
Understand client challenges and position our conversational AI platform as a solution to their business needs.
Work closely with product, and marketing teams to develop proposals, demos,



and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting the BFSI sector.

Requirements

Proven track record of selling Conversational AI, SaaS or technology solutions to small, medium and large-scale enterprises (mainly – NBFC clients).
Understanding of the banking, financial services, or insurance landscape in India.
Experience in selling solutions like AI, automation, chatbots, or customer engagement platforms is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Prior experience working with or selling to large private/public sector banks, NBFCs, or insurance companies.

Experience Required: 5–10 years in B2B enterprise sales (preferably in BFSI tech)
