Job Description: Social Media & Content Manager – ZOYA
We are looking for a culturally attuned, creatively driven Social Media &
Content Manager to own and elevate Zoya’s digital footprint and creative
asset production.
This is a high-impact role demanding a rare blend of luxury brand
sensibility, editorial taste, and data-informed thinking. Beyond managing Zoya's
social media channels, you will be the primary anchor for the brand’s visual
storytelling—overseeing the end-to-end content creation pipeline. From defining
the creative direction of Content Development Projects to leading on-set shoots and delivering final polished assets for our social, website, and product catalogs, you will serve as the premier visual and tonal guardian for the brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY & PRESENCE MANAGEMENT
• Own and manage Zoya's social media presence end-to-end across Instagram,
Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube,



LinkedIn, and emerging luxury-forward platforms.
• Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with overall
brand campaigns, seasonal collection launches, boutique openings, and
cultural moments.
• Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity and tonal consistency across every touchpoint — ensuring each post reflects Zoya's luxury positioning.
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, feature rollouts, and format innovations to keep the brand's approach fresh yet on-brand.
2. CREATIVE CONTENT PRODUCTION & SHOOT MANAGEMENT
• Anchor and define the strategic direction for all content creation
requirements
• Proactively identify, onboard, and manage a network of external
creative talent, including photographers, videographers, creative directors,
stylists, prop designers, and models.
• Lead and oversee pre-production, on-set execution, and post-production for
all brand shoot
