Job Overview:




We are seeking a seasoned Vice President – Staffing & Workforce Development to build and lead this department as a complete, sustainable business unit within Ethnus. This role carries end-to-end P&L; ownership — from strategy and client acquisition to team-building, systems, and compliance — and is responsible for establishing Ethnus as a credible, scalable player in the contract staffing space across manufacturing, e-commerce, hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors. The ideal candidate brings 15–20 years of leadership experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or HR services, with a proven track record of building a business vertical from the ground up.
