Job Overview:




We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Senior Corporate Relations Manager to drive Ethnus's Staffing & Workforce vertical. This role is responsible for building and managing relationships with manufacturing units, corporates, and organizations in e-commerce, hospitality, and retail sectors seeking bulk manpower on a contract staffing basis, and converting these relationships into deployment mandates for Ethnus-trained talent. The ideal candidate will bring strong existing connections across these sectors, consultative sales ability, and a track record of closing bulk contract-hiring accounts.
Strategic Engagement
Establish and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders — HR Heads, Plant Heads, Procurement, Operations, and Admin leadership — across manufacturing, e-commerce, hospitality, retail, and corporate clients.
Represent Ethnus at industry forums, HR summits, and sector-specific events (manufacturing expos, retail
