This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate employee data management, seamless onboarding and offboarding, and productive absence administration within HR systems.Your responsibilities

Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accurate employee data management and seamless HR operations across HR systems.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including employee record creation, documentation, system updates, and support for new hire integration.
Administer employee lifecycle changes such as transfers, promotions, organizational updates, contract modifications, and employee data maintenance.
Manage absence and leave administration, including leave requests, sick leave, vacation tracking, holiday calendar updates, and work schedule maintenance.
