Our CASCO Pet technicians attend customer sites to provide new system installation and/or support for CASCO Pet maintenance clients as well as ensuring that our client’s personnel receive comprehensive training as required. We caught up with technicians Martin and John to hear more about their time working at CASCO

Can you tell us a little bit about the job role as a CASCO Pet technician?

Being a CASCO technician is a very diverse role,



every day is different which keeps it interesting The job varies on a day-to-day basis from different jobs, locations and solutions – this could be anything from a simple callout job such as replacing some aquatic lighting or a return pump, to bigger problem solving issues with a store, or a refit of an existing system within the same store that's been reconfigured, or it could even be a full blown new animal housing/aquatics/vets facilities that's being installed with the latest CASCO housing and equipment.

What is your greatest achievement at CASCO Pet?

Generally the sense of achievement that comes with being a fundamental member of some interesting installs. One of my most memorable was being sent to Sweden very early in my role to install a large aquatic system for a pet store Djuren's Varld in Nattraby. Although this had a lot of teething issues we managed to complete it with an extremely happy customers an
