Florbela, it’s great to speak to you today. Let’s start by getting to know a little bit about your history at CASCO Pet.

I joined CASCO Pet in September 2005, initially as an administrative assistant. Given the small size of our company back then – 20 employees and two individuals in the office – I took on multiple roles and became a central point for all operations. As the company grew, new team members were added and I gradually progressed in my role, taking on new responsibilities to meet the evolving needs of our expanding organisation.

What are your main responsibilities today?

As the current Head of Administrative Services, my role encompasses a wide range of Human Resources responsibilities within the company – from overseeing salary processing to managing employment contracts to ensuring compliance. I play a vital role in fostering a
