Key Responsibilities

Contracts

Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts for contractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers.
Manage contract execution, amendments, variation orders, claims, and contract closures.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with project, legal, finance, and engineering teams to resolve commercial and contractual matters.
Maintain contract documentation and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.

Procurement

Source and procure construction materials, MEP items, finishing materials, and project- related services.
Identify, evaluate,



and develop vendor and subcontractor relationships.
Conduct techno-commercial evaluations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Ensure timely procurement aligned with project timelines and budgets.
Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and delivery commitments.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Contracts and Procurement within the real estate or construction industry.
Mandatory experience in luxury residential and high-rise building projects.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, commercial negotiations, and vendor management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement management systems.
