Key Responsibilities

MEP Procurement & Sourcing

Lead end-to-end procurement of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, IBMS, STP/WTP, DG Sets, Elevators, Pumps, Solar, Building Automation Systems, and other MEP packages.
Develop procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and budgets.
Float RFQs/RFPs, evaluate techno-commercial bids, prepare comparative statements, and finalize vendors.
Ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders (WOs).

Vendor & Contract Management

Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage MEP contractors, OEMs, and strategic suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, LD clauses, PBGs,



and contractual obligations.
Monitor vendor performance through quality, delivery, and commercial KPIs.
Build long-term relationships with key OEMs and channel partners.

Commercial & Cost Management

Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality.
Prepare procurement budgets and monitor package-wise cost against approved BOQs.
Support budgeting, cost planning, and project cash flow forecasting.
Analyze market trends and recommend alternate products and procurement strategies.

Project Coordination

Coordinate closely with Design, MEP, Projects, QS, Contracts, QA/QC, and Finance teams.
Ensure procurement schedules align with construction milestones.
Resolve technical and commercial issues during procurement and execution.
Support site teams in material planning, delivery scheduling, and issue resolution.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical
