About the Role: We are looking for a highly driven Senior Executive Human Resources to join our HR team. In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment across Media, Creative, Technology, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Digital Marketing functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to build high-performing teams while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.
Hire for roles across Media Buying, Performance Marketing,



SEO, Creative, Design, Technology, Product, Data, and other digital business functions.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and business priorities.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, job portals, social media, and networking channels.
Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct recruiter screening interviews and coordinate technical and business interview processes.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining timely communication throughout the hiring journey.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions with candidates.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports on the ATS (Zoho Recruit).
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, offer acceptance, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.
