We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer with strong expertise in corporate office interior projects. The ideal candidate should be creative, client-focused and confident in pitching design concepts, space planning and layout presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead corporate interior fit-out projects from concept to execution.
Develop innovative, functional and aesthetically appealing office designs.
Prepare and present layouts, space planning concepts and design proposals to clients.
Support the pitching process by creating compelling design presentations.
Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants and contractors.
Ensure designs meet functionality, aesthetics, quality and budget requirements.
Lead and mentor junior designers throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and design standards.
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience in corporate interior fit-outs.
Corporate office interior experience is mandatory. Candidates without relevant corporate fit-out experience are requested not to apply.
Robust portfolio showcasing completed corporate office projects.
Excellent presentation and client-pitching skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and other relevant design tools.
Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture layouts and material selection.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a design team.
