We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Associate Director, Technology Vendor Management Manager
In this role, you will:
Proven technology vendor management experience in financial services (multinational bank preferred).
Strong knowledge of bank technology operations and third-party governance/risk expectations (incl. TPEM).
Commercial and financial strength: P&L; impact, forecasting, business cases,



and cost optimisation.
Contracting capability: SLA/T&Cs; expertise and ability to shape contracts to business needs.
Demonstrated ability to improve vendor performance and manage across contract types (T&M;, managed services, HW/SW).
Strong stakeholder management in a complex matrix environment (Tech, COO, Finance, Procurement, Risk).
Analytical/problem-solving skills to synthesise complex data and drive decisions/outcomes.
Understanding of HSBC strategy/operating model and awareness of external environment (regulatory/market).

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
