We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Cloud Migration and DevOps engineering teams—driving the delivery of large-scale cloud migration and modernization programs while building and growing a high-performing engineering organization.

Responsibilities Include

* Lead from the front as a hands-on technical leader across Cloud Infrastructure, Migration and DevOps engagements, setting the standard through example.
* Lead, mentor, and grow teams of Migration and DevOps engineers, assigning work,



reviewing quality, and removing blockers.
* Drive team utilization and operational efficiency, balancing capacity against delivery commitments.
* Support hiring - attract, interview, and onboard diverse, highly skilled engineering talent.
* Build a positive, inclusive work culture that motivates engineers and retains top talent.
* Upskill and cross-skill the team on cloud, migration, and automation technologies through training and enablement.
* Apply solid project management discipline - planning, tracking, and delivering programs on schedule using Agile methodologies.
* Oversee end-to-end migration programs from mobilization through cutover and hypercare, ensuring sound wave plans, runbooks, and go/no-go criteria.
* Define and deliver strategic plans for implementing Cloud migration and DevOps technologies.
* Collaborate with sales and delivery teams on competency planning and capacity.
