Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-obsessed Director, Presales to join our Services Sales Solutions team in India. In this role, you will be a strategic advisor and trusted partner to our customers and field sales teams — driving the presales motion for Salesforce Professional Services. You will bring deep expertise in Agentforce and Industry Clouds to help customers envision, design, and commit to transformational Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Presales Leadership

Lead end-to-end presales engagements for Qualified Services, partnering with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to win new services business
Own the development of compelling proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), Discussion Documents (DDs), and solution narratives tailored to customer needs
Drive executive-level conversations with C-suite stakeholders, positioning Salesforce PS as a strategic delivery partner

Solution Advisory

Serve as a subject matter expert on Agentforce — including autonomous agents, prompt engineering,



and AI-powered workflows — and articulate the services delivery approach for AI-led transformations
Bring deep knowledge of Industry Clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, etc.) to advise customers on industry-specific implementations
Design high-level solution architectures and implementation roadmaps that align to customer business outcomes

Customer Engagement

Build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across IT, business, and the C-suite
Conduct discovery workshops, solution presentations, and executive briefings
Translate complex business requirements into practical, value-driven Salesforce PS engagement models

Commercial & Deal Execution

Shape services deals commercially — including scoping, effort estimation, pricing strategy, and risk framing
Partner with Delivery Assurance and Commercial teams to ensure deals are set up for successful
