Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Research Lead to oversee our Data and Learning initiatives across all ADRI projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in computer science, data science, and research methodologies, coupled with a passion for socio-economic development. This role involves leading a team of researchers, managing data projects, and ensuring the highest standards of research quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage various research teams, providing strategic direction and oversight.
Design and implement research projects focused on socio-economic development, policy analysis, and sustainable development.
Develop and maintain robust data collection, analysis, and reporting systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify research needs and opportunities.
