Project Title: Issues and Challenges for the PRIs in Bihar

Description: We are looking to hire one full-time Research Associate and one Field investigator cum Data Analyst (Research Assistant) for the project “Issues and Challenges for the PRIs (Panchayati Raj institutions) in Bihar”. The selected persons will contribute towards successful completion of the research project under the supervision of the project leader. This is a fixed-term assignment of nine months. The job location is Patna, Bihar. The person is expected to travel to different parts of Bihar as and when required.



The compensation will be as per the stipulated guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent in Development Studies, Economics, Rural Development, or other relevant discipline with minimum 55 percent marks. People with demonstrated ability of quality research work will be preferred.

Required Skills And Competencies

Valuable drafting and writing skills in English and Hindi
Organise and prioritise works to meet deadlines
Prepare timely inputs
IT/Computer skills (minimum: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks
Ability to work remotely and travel to the field
