Position Overview

Dongjin Semichem Texas Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team in ensuring protected, reliable, and efficient operation of all equipment, utilities, and facilities. The Maintenance Manager will develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage facility upkeep, and ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.

This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with production, EHS,



and engineering teams to support continuous operations in a chemical manufacturing setting.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and manage all maintenance activities for equipment, utilities, and facilities.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Ensure maintenance operations are compliant with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable safety and environmental regulations.
Manage maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Oversee equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications to support production goals.
Maintain spare parts inventory, tools, and maintenance supplies to ensure availability when needed.
Collaborate with production, EHS, and engineering teams to support operational efficiency and reliability.
Manage capital improvement projects related to equipment upgrades, installations, and facility improvements
