About the Role
The position is responsible for overseeing the deployment and day-to-day success of Buildots on a select few major client projects. You will guide teams through platform adoption, support site operations, and ensure our technology is effectively integrated into project workflows. This role requires strong technical acumen, client-facing skills,



and a proactive approach to optimizing project performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Be the primary relationship owner and day-to-day point of contact for some of Buildots' largest client projects
Lead full platform implementation — from onboarding and training to deep workflow integration
Proactively identify ways to maximize value for the client, making Buildots central to how their teams operate
Partner with internal Project Delivery team to configure the platform around the real complexities of each project
Gather on-the-ground insights from clients and feed them directly to our product team to shape the roadmap
Ensure your clients don't just use the platform — they succeed with it
