The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a passion for teaching, should be comfortable teaching children in a group setting and have the ability to create an interactive and supportive learning setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct live online English language classes for groups of students.
Teach spoken English, vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, reading, and communication skills.
Deliver lessons in accordance with the curriculum and lesson plans provided.
Foster an engaging, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment.
Use interactive teaching methods and activities to enhance student participation.
Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain attendance records and submit class reports as required.
Ensure effective classroom management and promote active participation.
Attend training sessions and meetings organized by the company.
Inspire confidence and communication skills among children from diverse backgrounds.
