What You'll Do

Lead HR Strategy. Develop and execute the company’s HR strategy, aligning it with our business goals. From talent acquisition to employee development,



you’ll drive initiatives that ensure our team is empowered, engaged, and motivated.
Champion Culture. Create and maintain a vibrant, inclusive, and innovative company culture. You’ll be the advocate for our values, ensuring they are embedded in everything from hiring to performance management and employee well-being.
Talent Acquisition. Lead and evolve our recruitment processes to attract top talent in AI, finance, and technology. Work closely with hiring managers to ensure that we hire for the future and continue to grow our diverse, high-performing team.
