The Opportunity

As an Operations Associate, you’ll be working directly with the operations team to support the trade lifecycle, ensure smooth processing, and help streamline workflows. If you're passionate about financial operations and looking to take on an exciting, fast-paced role, this is your opportunity to grow in a energetic environment.

What You'll Do

Trade Lifecycle Support. Assist with the end-to-end trade processing lifecycle, including trade capture,



matching, settlement, and reconciliation across various asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives).

Trade Settlement. Ensure timely settlement of trades, ensuring all information is correctly matched and confirmed. Monitor trade settlement status and follow up on any discrepancies or delays.

Reconciliation. Help perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations between trading platforms, custodians, and brokers. Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Client Interaction. Provide operational support to our US-based asset management clients, addressing queries related to trade processing, settlement, and trade issues. Communicate trade status updates and escalation points as necessary.

Data Entry and Documentation. Maintain accurate trade records and documentation, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards. Process trade amendments and corrections where nece
