Requirements

Possess a Bachelor/Master degree in Urban Studies, Urban Planning, Real Estate or related discipline;
Familiar with the planning system and other statutory procedures and regulations in Hong Kong;
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Assist in submitting and handling S.12A, S.16, S.16A and S.17 Applications;
Assist in conducting site appraisal, planning research and studies to identify sites for potential development;
Assist in submitting and handling STW, STT, land grant, land exchange applications and other land-related matters; and
Assist in liaising and coordinating with other built setting professionals,



consultants and Government bodies in planning/land-related projects.
