Requirements
Possess a Bachelor/Master degree in Geography, Real Estate, Urban Studies, Urban Planning, or related discipline;
Proficiency in GIS is necessary;
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
Assist in land administration project;
Assist in handling planning applications and land matters;
Assist in property researches; and
Frequent outdoor inspection.
