Manage Real Estate Portfolio of HNI and NRI clients and give solutions for liquidating their assets
Client relation management and building the portfolio
Build and manage builder network and manage the relationship with clients
Should understand the complete real estate registration process end to end
Proofread all the necessary documents provided by the client and suggest /procure additional packs basis the need
Tie up with marketing channel and broker network to monetize the real estate asset for the client
Strong engagement with brokers and other channels
Give a solution for the client’s requirement and organize the client’s real estate portfolio
Drive the revenue stream for the growth of the organisation
Requirements
Graduates with 0 to 5 years of work experience
Strong drive for results clubbed with excellent presentation skills
Positive communication (with proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu) and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge about the real estate landscape in Hyderabad and surrounding cities
Experience in the banking/finance/real estate sector will be an added advantage
