The Department of Sociology & Anthropology, National University of Singapore is seeking to appoint a Full Professor (tenured) with a specialization in quantitative methodologies. A combination of research and teaching interests in fields such as fertility and marriage, family policies, aging and health, children and youth development, intergenerational relations and transfers, changing family living arrangements and family values in Asia, migration and integration, human capital and labor market, and gender relations is desired.

The Department of Sociology and Anthropology is a large, diverse community with strengths in Anthropology, Southeast and East Asian Sociology, Comparative Historical Sociology, Demography, Family and Stratification and Singapore society. Our work is cross-disciplinary in that we form research teams and co-write with colleagues from a variety of disciplines in the Social Sciences and Humanities. Our work is also comparative in that we do multi-sited research involving several groups and sites within one or more countries.
