Proficiency in Illustrator, and Photoshop. Motion Design skills are a strong bonus.
A point of view - you should be able to tell us why a design decision works, not just that it looks good.
Comfortable taking briefs, pushing them further, and presenting the thinking behind it.

We're looking for a Video Editor who sees the story hidden inside the footage. Someone who can take raw clips, shape narratives, and deliver content that keeps people watching.



You understand that great editing is more than transitions and effects. If you care about storytelling as much as technical execution, you'll fit right in.Requirements:

1+ years of experience in video editing, post-production, content creation, or a related creative role.
Strong editing skills across formats - short-form social content, brand films, ad campaigns, YouTube videos, and everything in between.
Proficient in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent. After Effects and motion graphics experience are a solid bonus.
A strong storytelling instinct that goes beyond transitions and trending audio - you understand pacing, narrative structure, audience retention, and emotional impact.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality - you can manage feedback, tight deadlines, and changing priorities effectively.
