Role Summary

Job Purpose:

The Image QC Specialist is responsible for reviewing, validating, and ensuring all visual content meets brand standards before going live. This role ensures high-quality and consistent product imagery across the platform, contributing to a seamless and qualified customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review product images (still, on-model, flat lays, ghost mannequin) for quality, consistency, and accuracy before publishing.
- Check for alignment with brand and marketplace guidelines regarding framing,



lighting, angles, styling, and retouching.
- Identify and flag issues such as incorrect color tone, pixelation, blur, distortion, or inconsistent backgrounds.
- Cross-check images against product descriptions, sample codes, and styling notes to ensure the correct items are represented.
- Approve or reject images in the DAM (Digital Asset Management) or content management systems, with proper feedback for retouch or reshoot.
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, retouchers, and content teams to resolve QC issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a QC tracker to log errors, feedback, and image status for transparency and reporting.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance the image pipeline and reduce rework.
- Ensure deadlines are met without compromising on visual standards.

Key Skills:

- Strong eye for visual detail and aesthetic quality
- Good understanding of photography and post-production standards
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, or similar tools is a plus
- Experience with digital asset management
- Excellent communication and feedback-sharing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven studio environment
- Organized and quality-focused with a proactive mindset
