Our client is looking for an experienced Technical IFS Cloud Consultant to join their growing technology team as they continue a major business transformation.
Having recently implemented IFS Cloud, they're now investing heavily in enhancing the platform, rolling out additional modules, and optimising existing functionality as the business continues to scale through acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimise IFS Cloud modules
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality
- Work across FSM, MWO, and PSO
- Deliver technical solutions and best practice recommendations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IFS issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system capability
- Support the rollout of additional IFS Cloud modules
Required Experience
- Strong technical experience with IFS Cloud
- Hands-on configuration and optimisation experience
- Experience with
- FSM (Field Service Management)
- MWO (Mobile Work Order)
- PSO (Planning & Scheduling Optimisation)
- Previous experience delivering IFS upgrades and enhancements
- Solid troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience across additional IFS Cloud modules
- Experience supporting digital transformation programmes
- Exposure to organisations going through growth or acquisitions
