About the Role :

We're looking for an Identity Platform Engineer who treats identity as a scalable platform product with hands-on SailPoint expertise and end-to-end experience automating the Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle, RBAC, and application onboarding into an identity governance model.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions (SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory).
- Automate Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) workflows for onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
- Build automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows for enterprise applications.
- Integrate business applications with the IAM platform via APIs, SCIM, LDAP, and connectors; enable SSO.
- Design and maintain RBAC models and birthright access based on Principle of Least Privilege.
- Implement access governance policies, approval workflows, access certification, and audit compliance.
- Configure and support authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC).
- Troubleshoot provisioning failures, sync issues, authentication errors, and connector problems with root-cause fixes.
- Build custom SailPoint workflows, rules, and transforms; automate IAM processes using PowerShell, Java, or Python.




- Collaborate with HR, IT Infrastructure, Security, Application Owners, and DevOps teams.
- Document identity workflows, integrations, and configurations; maintain knowledge repositories.

Requirements :

- 5+ years engineering enterprise identity platforms, with 3+ years hands-on SailPoint (connectors, rules, transforms, workflows, policies).
- Experience building JML lifecycle automation turning manual identity processes into policy-driven platform components.
- Experience owning application onboarding into an identity governance model (birthright access, RBAC, request-driven access).
- Hands-on provisioning/deprovisioning experience across Active Directory, Entra ID, and enterprise applications.
- Solid grip on SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and directory sync.
- Experience integrating identity systems with HR sources and downstream apps via APIs/connectors.
- Degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent real-world experience.

- Experience contributing to knowledge bases, runbooks, and improving identity platform standards.
