Key Responsibilities:

- Perform the daily operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.

- Attend to service calls and customer complaints promptly at the site.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in HVAC equipment and carry out necessary repairs.

- Operate and maintain the following systems:

- VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) Systems

- FCU (Fan Coil Units)

- AHU (Air Handling Units)

- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections.

- Prepare and maintain daily equipment inspection checklists and service reports.

- Ensure all HVAC systems operate safely and efficiently.

- Coordinate with the site supervisor to complete maintenance activities on time.

Requirements:

- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related technical field.

- Experience in the operation and maintenance of VRF, FCU, and AHU systems.

- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

- Ability to work independently and respond to emergency breakdowns.

- Good communication and reporting skills.

- Willingness to work at the Trivandrum site.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
