We are looking for an experienced and technically sound HVAC Sales Engineer with a strong background in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling HVAC products and solutions such as Air Handling Units (AHU), Ducting Systems, Ventilation Systems, Chillers, VRF/VRV Systems, FCUs, Diffusers, Grills, Dampers, and other HVAC equipment. The candidate must possess excellent technical knowledge, client-handling skills, and the ability to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, builders, and MEP companies.
- Promote and sell HVAC products and complete HVAC solutions, including AHUs, ducting, ventilation systems, chillers, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, and related equipment.
- Understand client requirements and provide technically suitable HVAC solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations, proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project execution teams for smooth project delivery.




- Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and provide technical support.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
- Follow up on enquiries, tenders, and customer requirements until project finalization.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Keep track of market trends, competitors, and upcoming HVAC projects.

Required Skills:-
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Valuable understanding of AHU, Ducting, Chillers, FCUs, VRF/VRV, Ventilation Systems, Diffusers, Grills, Dampers, and related HVAC products.
- Ability to read HVAC drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
