Position

SummaryWe are seeking a energetic and target-oriented HVAC Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical sales of HVAC systems, cleanroom projects, dehumidification systems, or environmental control solutions , along with strong business development and client relationship management skills. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, and industrial sectors.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, architects, and project management companies. Promote and sell HVAC systems, cleanroom solutions, dehumidification systems, AHUs, and environmental control solutions. Understand customer requirements and recommend technically suitable solutions.

Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, BOQs, and cost estimates . Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.

Track market trends,



competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new sales opportunities. Negotiate commercial terms, finalize contracts, and successfully close orders. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and pipeline reports.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. 2–5 years of experience in HVAC sales , preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors.

Experience in selling HVAC systems, cleanroom projects, dehumidification systems, AHUs, or environmental control solutions . Good understanding of HVAC design concepts, cleanroom standards, and pharmaceutical HVAC applications . Ability to handle technical discussions with consultants, EPC contractors, and end customers. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals and participating in tendering processes . Self-motivated with excellent business development and relationship management skills. Willingness to travel for customer meetings, project discussions, and site visits.
