Role Description The Human Resources Specialist at M/s Star Publicity will manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.

This full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana will involve administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating employee advantages, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

The role will include handling employee queries, supporting personnel management activities, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.



The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate with management and team leaders to address staffing needs, resolve employee issues, and contribute to HR reporting and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with applicable labor and employment regulations.
- Candidates should possess experience managing Employee Benefits and related administration.
- Candidates should possess solid Personnel Management skills, including employee relations and performance support.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Candidates should ideally have prior HR experience in advertising, media, or related industries, and familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems.
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
