Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations to support employees and leadership in office in Ahmedabad. This full-time role includes administering HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and supporting performance management processes.

The specialist will handle employee benefits administration, attendance and leave management, and assist in resolving workplace issues in a fair and compliant manner. The role also involves collaborating with managers on personnel management, organizing training and development initiatives,



and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company standards. This is an on-site position, requiring regular presence at the Ahmedabad office and construction locations as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to handle core HR operations and support organizational goals.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to ensure compliant, transparent, and equitable HR practices.
- Candidates should possess Personnel Management skills to manage employee relations, performance support, and workforce coordination.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with local labor laws, regulations, and HR compliance requirements relevant to the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse on-site teams.
- Prior experience in HR roles, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or related sectors, is beneficial.
