Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
The Human Resources
Manager will develop and implement HR policies, manage performance review processes, and support leadership with organizational development and change management initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards, managing HR documentation and systems,
and coordinating training and development programs. The role also involves partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and creating inclusive, equitable workplace practices.
- Robust skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor regulations, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Capability in HR data management, HRIS usage, reporting, and using metrics to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in designing and coordinating training, development, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proven organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (such as SHRM or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Previous experience in an HR Manager or similar leadership role, preferably within business solutions, professional services, or staffing environments.
