Nakshatra Gold & Diamonds is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources functions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on HR experience, and the ability to build a positive and productive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to meet hiring and workforce planning needs.
- Prepare HR reports and provide management insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
