Role Description

The Human Resources Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for leading people operations and HR strategy across the venture-building ecosystem. The role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to meet evolving business needs. Day-to-day responsibilities involve designing and implementing HR policies, overseeing performance management cycles, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational standards.

Manager will handle employee relations, support learning and development initiatives, and foster a positive,



inclusive workplace culture that aligns with Favcy’s purpose-led mission. The role also involves partnering with leadership and venture teams on organizational design, compensation frameworks, and engagement programs to support growth and retention. Qualifications:

Strong experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance in India, and best practices in people operations.

Skills in organizational development, workforce planning, and change management within fast-paced or startup environments.

Ability to design and support learning, training, and career development programs.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on building inclusive and respectful workplaces.

Proficiency in HRIS tools and common productivity software; comfort with data-driven decision-making and HR metrics.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.

Prior experience in startup, venture-building, or investment-backed organizations is highly beneficial.
