- Demonstrated skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace environment.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices relevant to healthcare or service industries.
- - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across clinical and administrative teams. - Hindi and English
- - Previous experience in a hospital, healthcare, or veterinary setting is highly beneficial, along with a genuine interest in animal welfare.
