Role Description The Human Resources Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhilai. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

Responsibilities include helping with onboarding documentation, updating employee files, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role also involves assisting with employee engagement initiatives,



gathering feedback, and helping coordinate training or development programs. The intern will work closely with the HR team, providing administrative support, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate and confidential handling of HR data.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.

Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.

Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee record handling.

Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks, and pay close attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HR software is an advantage.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Interest in advertising and digital marketing environments, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
