Role Overview
Trasol Tech is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of recruitment processes, familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn, and a robust willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes based on job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and follow-up
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Support onboarding and employee documentation process
- Assist in preparing HR reports and recruitment updates
- Participate in employee engagement and HR initiatives
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic exposure to recruitment activities or HR internships is preferred
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn .
