Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised HR & Operations Manager who will work closely with the Founder & CEO to build and manage our people, office operations, and internal processes. This role requires someone who can take ownership, drive execution, and ensure the organisation runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Manage HR operations including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee records, and HR policies.
- Drive employee engagement and help build a positive, high-performance work culture.




- Coordinate with team members on daily tasks, monitor progress, resolve blockers, and provide daily updates to the Founder-CEO.
- Coordinate with the CA for accounting, payroll, compliance, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.
- Track client payments, vendor payments, invoicing, and ensure timely follow-ups and reminders.
- Oversee office administration, vendor management, purchases, and day-to-day administrative operations.
- Create and improve internal processes, documentation, and operational systems as the company grows.

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of experience in HR, Operations, or Administration.
- Solid recruitment and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with a high sense of ownership.
- Prior experience in the Events or Hospitality sector will be an advantage.
