Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong people management and communication skills. This role will not only oversee overall HR operations for the office but also support administrative functions and full-cycle recruitment for local positions. Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR Management, Behavioral Science,
or related field (Master’s degree or SHRM certification is a plus).
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in SMBs within the tech or IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (65%):
- Partner with US leadership and the global HR team to localize HR strategies in compliance with US labor laws.
- Support the design, documentation, and implementation of HR policies and processes across the employee lifecycle in coordination with the PEO.
- Act as the escalation point for employee relations issues, providing consultation and resolution.
- Drive culture strategy, employee engagement programs, and change management initiatives.
- Identify gaps, mitigate risks, and implement process improvements.
- Manage compensation and benefits processes, including payroll inputs, PTO tracking, and coordination with internal teams and PEO.
- Lead performance management, employee relations, and career development initiatives.
Recruitment (10%):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles through proactive sourcing and headhunting.
Office Management (30%):
- Oversee administrative responsibilities including office setup, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor and drive in-office employee presence and engagement.
Must-Have Skills:
- Robust stakeholder management and HR business partnering experience.
- Proven experience implementing HR policies and processes in the US.
- Deep understanding of US labor laws and compliance.
- Experience managing employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
