Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Shirur.

The Human Resources

Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating attendance, leave, and payroll data with relevant teams. The role involves implementing HR policies, addressing employee queries, and supporting performance management and disciplinary procedures in line with company guidelines.

Executive will also help plan employee engagement initiatives, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards,



and collaborate with management to support a positive and productive workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR activities.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HRIS or HR software usage, and coordination with other departments.
- Ability to manage Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee support, and fostering a respectful work workplace.
- Experience with HR Policies, including interpretation, implementation, and ensuring adherence to company and legal requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and statutory compliance in India.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working with HR systems and digital tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Shirur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR matters.
