Role Description The Human Resources Executive at Propenu will oversee day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, documentation, and exit processes. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves maintaining HR records, implementing HR policies, coordinating payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company standards. The role includes managing employee relations, addressing queries and concerns, supporting performance management processes, and organizing employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience supporting core HR functions.

- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including handling HR documentation, HRIS tools, and day-to-day administrative processes.

- Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.

- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, compliance requirements, and the ability to implement and communicate them effectively.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and use HR and productivity software proficiently.

- Experience in fast-paced or tech-driven organizations, especially in real estate, PropTech, or FinTech, is beneficial.
