KabhiB (Kanhai Foods Ltd) is one of Gujarat's largest bakery brands. We have been operating since 1996 with 96+ retail stores across 33 cities and supply to 5,000+ shops daily. We are growing fast and need a robust HR person to manage our factory, store, and field workforce.

What You Will Do

- Manage PF, ESIC, gratuity, and all statutory compliance under the Factories Act and Contract Labour Act.
- Handle labour contractors, verify their compliance, and plan for periods when workers go back to their villages.
- Run end to end recruitment for factory workers, retail store staff, and field sales executives. This includes sourcing, screening, onboarding, and induction.
- Maintain a ready pipeline of candidates so open positions are filled quickly.
- Process monthly payroll, PF and ESIC deductions, returns, and full and final settlements.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and grievance records using HRMS software like Keka or GreytHR.




- Visit company stores across Gujarat from time to time to meet staff and resolve issues.
- Maintain all registers, licenses, and documents required by law and prepare for audits.

What We Need
- 5 or more years in HR, with at least 2 to 3 years working in a factory or plant.
- Good knowledge of the Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, PF, ESIC, and Gujarat labour laws.
- Experience in bulk hiring for factory workers, retail staff, and field roles. Must be comfortable working with placement consultants, ITIs, and job portals.
- Strong connects with labour contractors and experience managing seasonal workforce gaps.
- Comfortable using HRMS software for payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Must live in or be able to travel daily to Changodar, Sanand, or nearby areas. This is a full time on-site role.
- Degree in HR or a related field. MBA preferred.
