We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, compliance, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement while ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.




- Prepare and maintain HR documents such as appointment letters, experience letters, relieving letters, warning letters, and other employee-related documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS, and personnel files.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Resolve employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and monthly HR reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR-related activities and process improvements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR Executive / Senior HR Executive: 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel is mandatory
